  • SUSTAINABILITY & NET-ZERO ROADMAP

    2025–2050

Syntezia Sàrl is committed to accelerating its sustainability efforts and contributing to the global ambition of a net-zero future.

This roadmap defines the company's strategic direction from 2025 toward net zero by 2050, in line with climate science and the principles of the SBTi Net-Zero Standard for SMEs.

    1. OUR NET-ZERO AMBITION AND SBTi ALIGNMENT

Syntezia Sàrl commits to defining and achieving a long-term, science-based net-zero target by 2050, aligned with the SBTi Net-Zero Standard for SMEs.

Achieving this ambition will require significant decarbonisation across our value chain.

Our approach is based on four key principles.

    Science-Based

Our targets will be based on the latest climate science and aligned with the objective of limiting global warming to 1.5°C.

    Comprehensive

We aim to address emissions across:

    Scope 1 + Scope 2 + Scope 3

    Prioritise Reduction

Our primary focus will be on absolute emissions reductions.

Carbon removals will only be considered for residual emissions that cannot reasonably be eliminated and will be used as a last resort.

    Transparency

We will regularly report on progress toward our targets and commitments.

    2. ROADMAP FOR 2025

Why:To address Scope 3 emissions and strengthen ethical practices throughout the supply chain.

Target:All key suppliers formally acknowledge and agree to the Code of Conduct.

    2.3 GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE

    Formal Governance Framework

    Timing: Q2 2025

Action:Develop and document a formal governance framework defining roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes for sustainability initiatives.

Why:To ensure clear accountability and integrate sustainability into governance.

Target:A formal governance document approved by leadership.

    Whistleblowing Policy

    Timing: Q3 2025

Action:Implement a robust and accessible whistleblowing policy allowing ethical concerns to be reported without fear of retaliation.

Why:To strengthen ethical oversight and transparency.

Target:The policy should be communicated to all employees and easily accessible.
