    From a bold idea to a growing radical innovation ecosystem

    Syntezia’s story began in Geneva in 2022 with a clear ambition: to help organizations navigate transformation through innovation, strategic agility and sustainable development. Since then, the company has continued to expand its activities, partnerships and international network while developing new ways to turn ideas into concepts and practical opportunities.

    The Beginning Syntezia Sàrl is officially registered in the Geneva Commercial Register, marking the beginning of the company’s journey.

    · 01.01.2024

    A New Home in Geneva Syntezia Sàrl moves to Rue de Chantepoulet 10, 1201 Geneva, in the heart of the city.

    · 16.01.2024

    Expanding Our Purpose The company updates its corporate purpose to cover a broader range of activities, including business management, training, innovation, research, public relations, marketing, events, processes, project management, negotiation, sustainable development, risk management and R&D.

    · 05.05.2024

    Syntezia × Qibud A strategic partnership with Qibud Sàrl is established, combining Syntezia’s strategic-execution expertise with Qibud’s agile software platform. Together, the companies support clients in defining and implementing strategy, strengthening collaboration, developing talent and improving results.

    Joining EIT FAN Founder Yves Zieba joins the EIT Food Acceleration Network evaluation team, contributing to the assessment of innovation project proposals.

    Syntezia co-organises TEKTiTE 2025, a global HealthTech competition giving selected startups the opportunity to pitch their innovations to corporate venture capital teams and major industrial groups.

    Syntezia organises Syntezia Open 2025 in the United Nations area, bringing its open innovation and collaborative approach to an international setting.

    With an international background at the crossroads of technology, entrepreneurship and sustainability, Yves Zieba founded Syntezia with the ambition of helping organizations navigate transformation and create lasting value.

    Throughout his career, he has supported organizations ranging from scale-ups to large international groups, developing growth strategies, innovative programs and new approaches to transformation. His expertise combines innovation, ecological transition and strategic agility, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.

    At Syntezia, Yves brings together strategy, collective intelligence and collaboration to address economic, environmental and social challenges.

    He is also active as a speaker, coach, evaluator, author and mentor, with a strong belief in placing people and users at the centre of transformation.

    The expert library of Syntezia Sàrl in the canton of Geneva, is made up of natural or legal persons selected by the managing partner.

    The expert library has no decision-making power, but is responsible for delivering on technical or specialist matters.

    The main responsibilities of the Syntezia Sàrl expert library are as follows:

    • Provide technical or specialist advice
    • Deliver high quality projects
    • Monitor company compliance with applicable standards and regulations

    The expert committee can be consulted by the managing partner of the company on questions such as:

    • Legal issues
    • Tax issues
    • Financial matters
    • Technical questions
    • Environmental issues

    Questions of the company's compliance with applicable standards and regulations (safety standards, environmental standards, or regulations of Syntezia Sàrl's sector of activity).

    Here are some concrete examples of tasks that the members of the expert library can carry out:

Since its creation, our commitments have been guided by the Swiss eco-business framework, inspired by ISO 26000, GRI, VSME and responsible work-ethics best practices.     At Syntezia, responsible governance is an essential part of how we operate, make decisions and grow. In July 2026, Syntezia successfully completed the SHARP™ Governance Intelligence Pilot and was awarded the SHARP™ Institutional Integrity Seal™ in recognition of demonstrated improvements in governance maturity, Ethical Infrastructure™, leadership accountability, responsible AI governance and institutional trust.

    What does the Seal represent?

    The SHARP™ Institutional Integrity Seal™ recognizes organizations that have completed the SHARP™ Governance Intelligence System and demonstrated meaningful progress in these areas. It signifies the completion of an independent governance review and the implementation of agreed governance improvements at the time of recognition.

    For Syntezia, the process included executive governance interviews, governance documentation review, governance maturity assessment, accountability mapping, responsible AI governance review, implementation planning and verification of governance improvements.

    A Commitment That Continues

    The Seal represents what Syntezia has achieved, while also reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement. Governance is an ongoing journey, and we continue to strengthen leadership activation, responsible AI oversight, governance practices and institutional trust as Syntezia develops.

    Our values also define where we choose to focus our work — and where we choose not to. Out of conviction and to remain aligned with our values and principles of action, Syntezia does not wish to work with industries or activities including tobacco, narcotics, alcohol (or only in moderation), fast food, unconventional weapons, animal testing, ultra fast fashion, coal, plastic, systemic total foliar herbicides, or causes and products generating endocrine disruptors. More generally, we do not seek to work with organizations that deny climate change, pollute air or water, or do not demonstrate a strong commitment to a just transition.
