    Focuses on clarifying your internal objectives to ensure high-value matches during the event.

    • Services: Strategy stress-testing, Business Model Canvas for the Digital Economy, and Sustainable IT assessment.
    • Format: 2 x Half-day strategic sessions.
    • Investment: CHF 3,200 (Fixed price)

    Module 2: Innovation Capability Building (The "TEKTiTE Prep")

    Equips the team with the tools to handle fast-paced, challenge-driven collaborations.

    • Services: Systems Thinking & Design Thinking workshops, IA-enhanced negotiation techniques for virtual environments.
    • Format: 1 full-day intensive workshop for up to 10 participants.
    • Investment: CHF 4,500 (Includes materials and post-workshop summary)

    Module 3: POC & R&D Proposal Support (The "Action" Phase)

    Hands-on assistance in drafting the technical and business frameworks for Proof-of-Concepts (POC).

    • Services: Drafting "Challenge Statements," joint R&D proposal writing, and impact evaluation metrics.
    • Format: Retainer-based advisory (hourly).
