The company Syntezia Sàrl was created in November 2022 and is registered in the Geneva commercial register, with transparent governance .
Yves Zieba is managing partner and Kristoffer Jayez is director.
Since the creation of Syntezia Sàrl, the company can be represented by Mr. Yves Zieba and by Mr. Kristoffer Jayez.
Syntezia Sàrl is a sustainable company focused on future generations, which markets services with high added value.
Since 2024, an advisory council has been formed to discuss certain strategic aspects of the company.

Our company is strongly anchored in its French-speaking Swiss ecosystem , it is open to Europe and the world.
We work to create high value-added services for and with innovative companies.

Our scope of intervention
We work with our clients after written agreement and signing of a contract, while respecting confidentiality and in sectors in which we have experience, credibility, a certain interest and strong motivation, namely:
- biomimicry, the bioeconomy, and the protection of biodiversity
- carbon-free and renewable energies and respect for raw material resources
- education, culture and creativity
- active and carbon-free mobility

- smart building for smart living in smart cities .

Geographically, we do not set limits a priori, we study the different opportunities for collaboration on a case-by-case basis.

What we choose not to do out of conviction
Out of conviction and to remain aligned with our values and principles of action, we do not wish to work with the industry:

- systemic total foliar herbicide
- causes or products which generate endocrine disruptors
and more generally with those who deny climate change, pollute the air and water or do not strongly commit to a just transition.

What we actually do
At Syntezia Sàrl, within our living lab, we operate in an environment in which real users are involved in the process of design, development and evaluation of new technologies, services or solutions. Syntezia Sàrl's activities aim to create or transform a phygital collaborative space where stakeholders, such as end users, businesses, researchers, public authorities, and other relevant actors, can interact in an open and participatory manner. .
Here are some of our current activities:
- Co-design: End users are involved in the design of products, services or solutions from the start of the process. This ensures that the products better meet their real needs.
- Prototyping: Prototypes are developed and tested in collaboration with users to collect rapid and iterative feedback. This allows concepts and features to be adjusted based on user feedback.
- Real-world evaluation: Solutions are tested in real or simulated environments, rather than in isolated laboratories, to assess their usefulness and feasibility in real-world situations.
- Open Innovation: The Living Lab promotes open innovation by encouraging collaboration between different stakeholders, including businesses, researchers, users and public bodies.
- Data Collection: Data on actual usage, user preferences and solution performance is collected on an ongoing basis to fuel the continuous improvement process.
- Training and awareness: Users and stakeholders are often involved in training and awareness sessions to better understand the issues, technologies or services involved.
- Events and Workshops: Events, workshops and seminars are organized to promote communication and interaction between different stakeholders and to share knowledge.
- Adoption and diffusion: Once the solutions have been developed and validated, the Living Lab facilitates their adoption and diffusion in broader contexts.
We therefore play an essential role in creating radically innovative, human-centered solutions in response to complex issues.
