    Code of Conduct of Syntezia Sàrl

  • The main lines of our ethical charter

    Our code of conduct corresponds to our vision and provides guidelines for our fundamental principles.

     

     

    Preamble

     

    The purpose of this code of conduct is to define the principles and values which must guide the behavior of employees of Syntezia Sàrl.

     

    It aims to create a respectful, professional and inclusive work environment for all.

     

    Fundamental principles

     

    Syntezia Sàrl employees must have knowledge of the fundamental principles of the company.

    • Respect: They must treat each other with respect, valuing diversity of opinions and cultures.
    • Integrity: They must act with honesty and integrity in all their interactions, respecting applicable laws and regulations.
    • Responsibility: They are responsible for their actions and words, and must assume the consequences of their decisions.
    • Professionalism: They must behave in a professional manner at all times, ensuring the quality of their work and the representation of the company.
    • Commitment: They must be committed to contributing to the success of the company by showing initiative and motivation.

    • Excellence: Syntezia Sàrl strives for excellence in all areas of its activity.
    • Innovation: Syntezia Sàrl encourages creativity and innovation to stand out in the market.
    • Collaboration: Syntezia Sàrl values teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals.

    Expected behaviors

    • Respect for colleagues: Employees must treat each other with respect, avoiding any discriminatory, defamatory or offensive comments.
    • Civility: They must behave in a civil manner at all times, respecting the rules of decorum and politeness.
    • Punctuality: They must be punctual and respect working hours.
    • Attendance: They must be diligent and justify their absences if necessary.
    • Cleanliness: They must contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly working environment.
    • Safety: They must respect safety instructions and use personal protective equipment adequately.
    • Confidentiality: They must respect the confidentiality of sensitive information of the company and its customers.

    Untolerated behavior

    • Discrimination: Any form of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability or any other personal criterion is prohibited.
    • Harassment: Any vexatious, intimidating or offensive behavior towards a colleague is prohibited.
    • Violence: Any physical or verbal violence is prohibited.
    • Theft: Theft of property belonging to the company or its customers is prohibited.
    • Fraud: Any fraud, corruption or breach of trust is prohibited.
    • Consumption of illicit substances: Consumption of illicit substances in the workplace is prohibited.

    Sanctions

     

    In the event of violation of this code of conduct, employees of Syntezia Sàrl are subject to disciplinary sanctions, up to and including dismissal.

     

    Conclusion and appeal

     

    This Code of Conduct is a living document that can be modified according to the needs of the company.

    It is important that all Syntezia Sàrl employees read this code and undertake to respect it.
